Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger hopes Bolton and Wigan give "absolutely everything" to make both Manchester United and Chelsea fight to the last to be crowned Barclays Premier League champions.
The title race has gone right down to the very last game, with the top two separated only on goal difference.
If Bolton, who are all but mathematically safe, pull off a shock win at Stamford Bridge, then leaders United would be champions regardless of what happens in their game at the JJB Stadium.
Wenger - whose side led the league for most of the campaign before fading into third place - feels the battle should go to the wire.
He said: "United have the advantage of having their fate in their hands. They should win it - but the question mark is how much will Wigan be up for it and can they, after a long fight to keep their place in the Premier League, gather their resources and come up with a fantastic game?
"You would want Wigan and Bolton giving absolutely everything in these games.
"If that happens, it will be of huge credit to the league - if they don't turn up, it would be a huge disappointment and take something away from the title."
Wenger - whose team could end up with fewer defeats than the eventual champions - added: "Whoever wins the title, the other side will still be a very good team. It can come down to very small things.
"The only sure thing is that a very good team will lose the championship."
