Queen of the South defender Bob Harris has become the second player at the club to be diagnosed with swine flu.
The 21-year-old contracted the disease while on holiday with friends.
Paul Burns, a midfielder with the Irn-Bru First Division club, has also contracted the H1N1 virus.
Boss Gordon Chisholm told the club's official website, www.qosfc.com: "Bobby Harris has been laid low with swine flu.
"He caught it while on holiday with his pals in Ibiza but it's no worse than Paul Burns and he's just been told to rest and stay at home until the weekend."
